Numéro Art, the leading magazine for international contemporary art, features the most influential personalities, events and places in the contemporary creative scene.


An artistic duo and three other artists ౼ all with expositions at Paris + by Art Basel ౼ graced the cover of Numéro art 11. First, the young Frenchman, Alexandre Diop posed with his mentor, contemporary art star Kehinde Wiley, in honor of their Reiffers Art Initiatives exhibition at the Acacias Art Center. Next up, Cyprien Gaillard, who made his big return to Paris with a two-part exhibition at Palais de Tokyo and Lafayette Anticipations, and the prominent Bahamas artist Tavares Strachan, who displays his impressive works at the Perrotin Gallery and the Marian Goodman Gallery. And lastly, this issue paid tribute to the legendary painter Joan Mitchell and her exceptional retrospective: a dialogue with Claude Monet at the Louis Vuitton Foundation.

Numéro Art, the leading magazine for international contemporary art, features the most influential personalities, events and places in the contemporary creative scene.

Within the pages of this edition, Pol Taburet, a young French talent jolting the art scene and the winner of the Reiffers Art Initiatives prize for contemporary creation and cultural diversity, invited Numéro Art into his Parisian studio. The Frenchman summons Creole quimbois, occult powers and US rap imagery in his hallucinatory and powerful paintings. Numéro Art also met up with British star Anish Kapoor in his studio to view his bloody and visceral works, which took Venice by storm during a brilliant two-part exhibition. Lastly, this issue pays homage to the renowned painter Marlene Dumas, whose carnal canvases masterfully create an enchanting mix between light and shadow in Venice’s Palazzo Grassi.

Cartier reveals its new campaign for Chinese Valentine's Day 2021 designed and produced by Mazarine Asia Pacific.


The visuals were produced as part of the Chinese Valentine's Day concept in an elegant and upscale tone.
The campaign is embodied by brand ambassadors such as entrepreneur Laurinda He, actress Zhang Xiaofei and actors Shawn Dou & Li Xian, who showcase the romantic sentiment of Valentine's Day through iconic Cartier gift sets.
